Rich's General Purpose rub is just that- It works well on all foods, but was developed for pork and poultry. It has been tested on fish, beef and even popcorn to good reviews. Although it has a decided "heat" when tasted alone, cooking reduces this heat level to barely noticeable. All spices used are of the highest quality, including Hungarian paprika and Kosher salt. There is NO MSG in this product. |
